Interim Senior Pastor

David Kerr

I have been married to my wife, Gayle, for 46 years and we have three children together: Joshua, Joy, and Bethany, which now have families of their own.  Plus, I am Papa to three grandchildren! I received my Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Liberal Studies from CSU Stanislaus, and a Masters of Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary, plus have a big background of experience in camping ministry prior to joining CPC.

I love the water, sailing, tinkering with a variety of projects, working in the yard, and antiques.  If I’m not at church in my office, you can probably find me in the kitchen: I LOVE to cook!
